I requested a refund as I did not feel the product was as described or fit for purpose but the company has done everything they can to avoid giving me a refund making ridiculous suggestions like balancing the bottle on its lid in a sauna on a slatted bench to help the rim getting less hot. Whilst messages have been polite, they have not actually listened to my feedback or accepted that my experience of not being able to use the bottle as the rim is too hot, is true.
