Excellent experience with Vennier, order an upper retainers, the impression kit came quickly, easy returns label just drop off at post office, lots of emails keeping me posted. When my retainer came and didn't fit, their customer service was top notch, quick responses to my emails with lots of options to fix, return or refund. Even when I forgot to put in the retainer with the impressions for repair they sent me another returns label no problems and the new one came and fit great! Honestly such
