In my case Venneir’s premises were close enough to visit in person to get the impressions done. I did try to do them at home on a second set I ordered but they were deemed not suitable by the Venneir tech after submitting photographs so I would recommend either going there in person of getting a dentist or dental nurse to do the impressions as this is the critical part in getting the veneers to fit correctly.
