To get a refund I had to return the product to,AUSTRIA! Which would cost almost as much as the price of the tunnel…poor service in my opinion. Especially since aI could get a similar product on Amazon for half the price and wouldn’t have to return it to AUSTRIA!

The only gripe I have is shipping time. It took over 2 weeks for it to even be handed off to the shipping company. It was almost a month before I got the chase mate ball. That being said my cats are obsessed. It's well made and this thing flies around the house followed closely by 2 cats. I couldn't be happier with the toy. It just requires patience to get it. I'd definitely buy again
