We’ve run into a glitch. My granddaughter is visiting from Alaska. She told me her portrait doesn’t look like her. When I asked my son, he said he did not want to hurt my feelings, so wasn’t going to tell me, but the portrait doesn’t look like Atheya or the photo he had provided to me. I think somehow we ended up with the advertising sample. Atheya’s eyes are brown. The model’s eyes are bright blue. The hair color doesn’t match. They have not hung it in Atheya’s room. So disappointed. I’m trying to figure out if I approved the sample portrait in error. I was working from the small screen of my cellphone. But I can’t imagine missing the bright blue eyes. Does quality control compare child’s photo to finished product? Can you help?
