I didn’t get anyone to answer the phone. It took awhile to get a email response. I had concerns that the picture wouldn’t be of my great granddaughter and whether they got my payment. As a result I didn’t receive it in time for Christmas. However I received it two days after Christmas and I was pleased to give it to my great granddaughter.

I thought I would get in 2 days since I paid the 9.99 shipping but it took awhile. I’m thinking almost a week and a half to two weeks I lost count when I emailed the response was it was a busy time of year thanks for understanding. Not cool. And areas on the canvas was not great smudged. I will never order from here again. Horrible service and quality for the price I paid.

If i could make a suggestion, when a photo is initially submitted and AI gives two sample images, can you not automatically change the expressions of the images? i.e. I submit an image, but i change my mind and want/need to submit another image for whatever reason, once i make another submission the AI offerings are significantly changed! not sure if this can be understood without me showing you what i mean, however i really like this portrait!
