I clearly only wanted a one month supply to try it. Some how I ended up with a subscription that charged me a second month and shipped the bottle. I’m sure it was somewhere in the fine print, that I missed, that signed me up. I’ve cancelled future orders.

The process as been perfectly executed.

I was put on a subscription plan without my knowledge and/or consent. I know have to dispute this charge. Not a good experience for me.

I was disappoint to find out that your company had put me in a monthly subscription. I have since reached out to the North Carolina Consumer Protection Division to resolve this issue. The fact that you don't have a phone number is suspicious and my concern is this is a deceptive practice.

I placed an order a month ago to test out a couple supplements. I specifically did not sign up for auto-subscription because I was TESTING them. I got a notification at midnight thanking me for my purchase and found out I was enlisted in a subscription anyway. I contacted Bettervits twice and have been ignored. I will get a refund one way or another.
