The bag is perfect! However, the communication from the company was absolutely nonexistent. Once my order was placed and money debited from my account there was no communication. I never received an order confirmation. I never received shipping notification. I emailed the company three times, no response. I attempted to call the number on the website, it was a non working number. So, the product I love, but I will not order again due to lack of communication and the length of time it took for product to arrive. I do not mind waiting for an order to arrive if I am notified of shipping progress.
