A place in order for an item that said it was in stock and then I was emailed and told it was not in stock and I would be refunded. I was refunded and then I went to the website and the item was listed as stock and I placed an order for the exact same item and then received it. Very confusing.

my second pair of pants came with box cutter rips in them so I had to return those again which sucked. And then when they shipped me the new pair you guys messed up the customs paperwork so it took was longer than you said it would and I had to reach out to get you guys to fix it. The only redeeming factor was that you guys had a very kind customer service agent. I wish I remembered his name because he was the one piece of dealing with unbranded that wasn't a nightmare.

Ordered jeans, didn't fit. Return process was seemingly intentionally complex and inconvenient, and much of their catalogue is out of stock, making redeeming store credit within the one month window nearly impossible. Congrats, you guys got some of my money. Yay.
