I got an order confirmation, but then nothing else until it was delivered. Ultimately that's fine, but I would've liked some updates. Also the product didn't come with any instructions either for set-up and use, or for cleaning. Honestly I think it's straight forward enough to sort out, but I could see other customers expecting a piece of paper with some instructions on it.
The product is also a bit pricey IMO, but whatevs, get your bag.
