Pleasntly surprised with my first purchase. The packaging and care taken into securing it in the box was noted! Also they matched the tape on the box to the color of the piece, a nice touch. Unfortunately for me, I'm clumsy and broke my first bowl haha. The color I needed was out of stock, but they had an option to get an email when it restocked. I was notified and able to get another one and it came quickly might I add. Will def shop here again!
