Honestly. In every way. The customer service wasn’t responsive for three days (during the work week). The items I purchased were actually out of stock and instead of telling me that, the “shipped” order just sorta went nowhere for two weeks. What a bummer. The representative didn’t even offer any solutions apart from a partial or full refund. Ugh. Such a draining experience.
