Bought items, tried them on, only to find that everything I bought is non-returnable simply because I used the discount code sent to me for being a first time buyer. Absolutely ridiculous. Never purchasing from this company again, especially with the inconsistent sizing. Not to mention very slow shipping, which is suspicious considering the return policy states that you can only make a return within 30 days of PURCHASING the item and it took 2 weeks to even receive them. I went to request my return 17 days after my purchase and nothing was eligible, again, just because I used the discount provided to first time buyers who subscribed to the newsletter. I am unsubscribing as the amount of emails sent is also a nuisance.

Navigate the site was easy and clear. The size charts were confusing. I would measure myself and use the size charts and it was saying my sizes were bigger than the offered sizes. But when when I compared my body type to the models, it didn't make sense.
