Not what I expected it

Website is easy to use and to check out! However I feel like the shipping is not consistent . I had placed an order about a week prior to this one and it shipped out like a day or 2 after placing it. With this one though it took a week if not a little more to ship out. Love the brand and quality!

All the clothing is great material that is thick and cozy. All the deals were helpful in dipping my toes in buying clothing! Now that I know how easy it is to shop with them and how great quality everything is, I don’t mind paying full price!

better sizing guides

Somewhat easy to check out, but I don't like that the charge to “protect your package” is automatically tacked on and most people don’t notice until after they’ve checked out. You have to find the link in small grey font saying if you don’t want the protection you have to click that link. Also, what’s up with the point system if you can’t actually use the points? Just remove it completely.

All the clothing runs a size smaller and they should put that in their description. Sizing chart isn’t accurate.

I am having issues receiving a refund for a returned item, it has been frustrating, especially considering I am a returning customer.

My second time ordering, My experience was rough the first time but even worse the second time. They didn't send me the right size of one bra, and then the second bra they didn't send me at all and when I sent them a message they said sorry. We'll just give you your money back. I said I'd like to order the bra. They said they didn't have it yet. It was still for sale on the site. Not to mention both times that I ordered. It took 3 weeks to get my orders. Unacceptable.

The experience was great but you need more selection on sizes.

I reached out for my package which was supposedly shipped — the tracking number was sent to me but UPS never received it. After messaging through the instagram page, reaching out directly to the owner, emailing the support team - I still did not receive a response. After a model/ambassador reached out on my behalf, it took 24+hrs for somebody to reach out & all that they did was apologized for missing items and issued a refund. I clearly see that the items are available but no longer on sale.

items do not stay on, i have to constantly be adjusting myself during workouts

Overall, I love ILUS. Just hate that almost everything is final sale. Have lost some money due to that.

Everything was great, arrived in a timely matter, I had a big order and I was missing an item and received a wrong color on another item, I emailed customer service and it is being taken care of right now; other than that, super dope company!

Took a week or so to come in but it was worth the wait, also she is a smaller business so I totally understand. I will be purchasing again!

My favorite workout clothes! The quality of the clothes is amazing. ILUS has a lot of styles and colors to choose from. The options and size range are phenomenal. I buy from this company any chance I get. I love this brand and recommend it to everyone.
