The best thing when buying a product or service especially online is customer service letting people know if there is a problem people will always understand they (I) hate when there is no communication especially when there is a problem. When there was a delay you let us know when I emailed asking how long it will take, DrDan replyed so I felt someone was listening not being ignored I then received my package shortly afterwards, so thats great service. Please always have communication.

Good order experience, other than that the DPD driver left my parcel @ my front door in the rain and when I arrived home it was gone! I got no help from DPD, as they said it was the suppliers issue not theirs! Eventually it transpired my son had picked it up from the front door and put it in his car, the parcel was wet and I lost some sachets. This is not your company's fault, but I do not rate DPD as a delivery service at all.đź‘Ž

The first week it did curb my appetite but at times during the day I felt nauseous. I took a break for a day and I had no symptoms of nausea. So I thought maybe I shouldn’t have it first thing in the morning. I had it during the day “to reset” as instructed. I got violently sick for about 1-2 hours. Anything that I had eaten came back up. For whatever reason this product did not agree with me. So feeling disappointed today
