The pillows and cases were not delivered in a timely fashion which left me with searching for the reason why. I found that the package was damaged and undeliverable. I had to contact Felo to be advised and was truly concerned that I had been scammed. Felo did resend the entire order and we did receive it well after the time needed, but it's here. Still evaluating the pillows.
