I'd like to see an ongoing program in conjunction with all state governments to have dummies setup with shark bands on both ankles. These dummies are on a floating bouy shaped like a surfboard or a swimmer. They are deployed in the harbours and beaches as permanent fixtures. This will help train the sharks that interact with the dummies - just like Pavlov's dog. The sharks will learn that the interaction is unpleasant - they will be less likely to attack surfers or swimmers. Please Consider....
