Return policy is a bunch of hoops to go through. Just like Automotive Workwear I bought pants and they were too tight. I had to pay to ship pants back and paid essentially the cost of one pair of pants. So I never will do business with them again.

I ordered the wrong color. This company has no order cancel option online. I sent three emails trying to cancel the order. When it arrived to my house, I followed the return policy. I have confirmation the product was returned to the manufacturer. They never refunded my money. I will be reporting to the better business bureau and fraud to my bank.
