initially, when I purchased the hitch, I entered an incorrect delivery address. The hitch was returned to Bullboulder. I contacted customer service and asked if they could please resend it. I offered to pay for shipping since the mistake was mine. They were kind enough to send it again with no additional cost to me.
All I can say is they were absolutely fantastic company do business with!!
I highly recommend this company if you are planning to buy a new hitch for your truck
