Shopping experience was ok, fast shipment. However, I paid premium money only to have the two inch ball appearing as rusty and has the look of one that is several years old. Not happy with this considering I used it once and less than 125 miles towing a trailer! Amazon sells very similar hitches at a much cheaper price!! Bull Builder, in my opinion, should replace this one and up the quality in the future, or lower their pricing. I understand some rust, but not after first pull!!

I ordered it and it said shipping to be received in 3 days and then once I paid it was 3 months and I had to pick a hitch that wasn’t exactly what I wanted but it was what you had in stock just so I didn’t lose out on my investment. Also said they would credit the difference and never saw that either.

I couldn't get my $ back after I ordered and when I ordered nothing said item wasn't in stock then I got told didn't know when the company would get in stock what I ordered so I had to settle for less just a big unhappy mess. No company should not be able to refund your money if they don't have item in stock nor know when they will get it but this problem could be fixed had it shown not in stock when I ordered. Almost like the company just wants your money an could care less if u got order..
