Huge mistake on my order and nobody answers the phone to you customer service line or even calls back.
Frustrating! Also, I returned the wrong hitch to you and you received it Nov 8th and I still haven’t received reimbursement for shipping costs, or even a response about it….. but ive gotten this email asking for a review 5x.
