I have asked to cancel my subscription several times now. CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION.

Never again. Didn’t do anything for me and I wasted $100

Horrible customer service experience. I will never order from a company that enrolls customers into recurring subscriptions without clear, express consent. As a California consumer, I was especially disappointed that there was no proper notification regarding the recurring subscription charges. After discovering the charge, I immediately contacted the company and explained that I did not want the product and wanted the shipment stopped. I only ordered one shipment of 2 bottles and was recharged for a 2nd shipment I didn't want and couldn't return

Shipping was fine, but the changes that were said to happen never happened.

Clever marketing, no real substance to this product at all.

Customer support didn't do their job when I asked them to cancel my subscription last month, instead they recorded my subscription even though I told them to cancel and they said they did but come to find out that was a lie! Not impressed with this company!!

The product has incomplete trust and brand scores, with no third‑party testing, no certifications, and no visibility into manufacturing quality. Didn't appreciate the automatic reorder and charge going through regardless that I opted out as soon as I got the new charges and canceled my order. Never again and take me off your list Thank you.

I tried to just get 1 single order to try it out, and was put on an auto renewal, which I said no to but got charged anyway. I do believe I have been unsubscribed now, but did not receive my money back. Very disappointing!!
