The website was of poor quality. I was unable to cancel my subscription manually, had to contact customer service to do it. I also asked to cancel an order the same day it was placed and a whole day before it shipped and they still sent it. They denied me the option to return the product unopened for a refund. There’s more to the story but nothing that pertains to the website.
