I received scented instead of unscented shampoo and conditioner. This company was amazing and posted out unscented items with a return label to post back scented items. The unscented shampoo and conditioner are wonderful. Thank you.

The conditioning bars don’t really work on my hair. Perhaps cause I have long hair. Doesn’t really transfer very well once bar is wet as it takes some time. Having said that, hair feels somewhat conditioned. Perhaps I can get some tips.

Liquid blonde purple shampoo and conditioners often leave my hair with a purple tinge. Not Silky Bars - no change in the colours of my hair. Enjoying products immensely.

The customer service I've experienced has been awesome. I do a lot of my shopping online and this is sadly rare. There was something missing from my order when it arrived and Josh was straight onto it, shipping out the missed item the very next day to me - well done and thank you - keep up the good work guys!
