It did take a while to ship due to the World Cup and I believe that’s why customer service was also hard to contact at that time but the order arrived and everything fits perfectly. It does run a bit smaller but I had no issues with the fit

Does take a little long to receive the jersey. Wish the return policy was easier. Just sent back a jersey to get a bigger size. Waiting to see how long the process will take.

Honest and excellent communication. They informed everyone of delays related to demand etc. due to the hype of the WC and offered returns. I appreciated that and decided to proceed with my order even if delayed.

Lack of order updates for two separate orders and inaccurate sizing. I ordered another jersey and I had to email the company to check on the order and it wasn’t until then that they decided to ship it out. This is 20 days after I ordered. I was excited until I wasn’t. I decided to allow it to still ship and hoping that it’s not the same fit.

The experience was good. The website was easy to use and navigate. However, it was very misleading without the dimensions of the shirt.

I was able to easily find the jersey that I wanted via the filters and the overall interface design

The time for the jersey to come in was awhile with all that was going on. The communication was great tho, always answered whenever I had a question or concern.
