This company is the worst! Do not order from them. I ordered in early October with a ship date of 10-14 days for a Halloween costume for my son. The package didn’t show up. I tried To reach Anime empire multiple times via email and got no response. I tried To cancel the package with them when it wasn’t here the week before Halloween and no response. The package finally showed up 11/3 over a month later. I’ve tried to return it or get a refund and again no response. They are the WORST.
