It's really good. Every person who picks it up brought a smile to their face and feels really well made. Be careful trying to engrave it, it was too heavy for the engraving machine and we got a messed up engraving from it. Pretty funny, but now I'm just finding a good sticker to cover it up.

shopping experience is good. Customer service is good. My only negative feedback is like I stated the volume of the cup which customer service and I spoke about extensively and they informed me of how they had to go about making it a 10 pound mug but I’m here for future variations of it.

It took forever to get and when it showed up it was very shallow. I expected it to be a deep cup, but most of it is just weight on the inside of a stainless shell.
