It’s okay. It’s a regular sized shaker cup on the inside but extended on the outside to add all the extra weight to the very bottom of it. Not balanced but it is what it is.

The shipment was lost and it took longer then wanted for a replacement but the replacement arrived promptly so very happy now. The 2 stars is on the original shipment not the company. I give the product and company 5 stars as advertised. Love this mug.

Love the cup and use it all the time. Unfortunately came with a scratch on it. They were supposed to send a replacement, but they ended up sending the same exact cup I sent back in for replacement by mistake. Unless the replacement came with the exact same shape scratch I think they messed up the return somehow. Just cosmetic but as far as the cup itself goes its great.

I keep getting ads pushing Heavy Cup sales, while I waited over a month for my order. Seems like this company is struggling to scale. Pushing sales to justify a large overseas order while customers have to wait. And the quality was pour. Clearly made overseas. Low quality. Pour welds clearly visible on the cup with rust already evident. Just disappointing.

I think you should have better pictures on the website to show how small the inside or the tumbler is how very little space or the tumbler actually holds fluid. And it doesn't seem to keep drinks cold that long.
