I was reading that you should not use high heat with ceramic pots so i was careful to keep it at lower to medium. The first thing I did was to fry an egg and that turnmed out well with very little oil.
Because I did not want to overheat the wok, I found I couldnt brown the meat. So I will need to practice some more to see how I can do that- perhaps need to turn on the heat a little higher??
