The shopping experience was average overall. The ordering process was straightforward, and the jacket arrived within the expected timeframe. I also found the email response from the Curated customer service team to be quite slow, which added to my frustration when trying to resolve my concerns. I believe the product photos should more accurately represent the item and customer service response times could be improved.
