In fairness I wasnt expecting the site to be legit, but I risked it as what I wanted was no where else online, very pleased with how quickly it was dispatched and arrived.

No email confirmation and no intial reply to my email inquiry, but i finally got a response the week later. unit arrived in good condition

Didn’t get any response to my order initially and it took a while to receive it but it did eventually come

I would like to return the other 3. Half the ornaments on the one my husband opened were Blue Jays ornaments not all Dodgers. Some of the ornaments were blurry.

Crappy communication, estimation of delivery and inability to cancel & refund when they, by their own tracker & the USPS shipping number had not shipped yet. Don't buy if you are less than six weeks from date needed. Product seems fine after extreme delay. Poor customer service.

Just the issue with the damage that occurred during shipping. Nothing you nor I could control.

We had to order this twice because the first time it never came.

Good experience aside from the order tracking. The tracking number never updated and I had to go through customer service to get accurate package locations.

Awful! The merchandise was not as described at all. Shipping was a nightmare. I would not recommend them in any scenario.

It was really easy

The product was horrible and it's a shame that I actually paid for it.

I received cheap foreign garbage and had to use a separate app to track my package. The quality of the items is nothing comparable to the pictures on the website.
