Terrible warranty and no guarantee. You can't even send it back without having to pay out of pocket yourself. They falsely advertised this product and it is too small and doesn't really vibrate much. They market it as a prostate stimulus as well as a penis stimulus to improve circulation. The end of the unit doesn't even vibrate at all. Junk crap product. Terrible customer service. Terrible responses designed to just frustrate the customer.
