It seemed to take quite a bit of time to get the product, and there were no "instructions" included in the packaging. While it is somewhat intuitive, it would have been nice to have some information about what to expect, the level of vibration that should be considered "normal", etc.

Previous review sums up my experience with Newman. Again better customer service and better instructions on how to use the device, which position and why. Sure generic instructions on the website but actual instructions with the device not the generic instructions that currently arrives with the device.
Oh, I should add the same applies to the other device Newman sells. I might consider ordering the other device but if all I get is generic makes no sense instructions forget it

Not very good : It apparently took quite a while for my order to be placed in the right hands , the Apex DrivePro stopped working shortly after I received it , Mehdi apparently thinks a photo is the only way of showing that the item is NOT working , and it seems you guys think a survey is more important than HONORING your "Replacement Guarantee " .
