I never received a order from Illume what I did receive is from someone name Helen and was told that was my order that had been repackaged by someone named Helen and sent to me and I requested my full refund and they have not responded but they have received their product through confirmation of the USPS. So I’ll have to turn it over to my bank and let them deal with it since they have not responded., Scammers I don’t know but what I was sent wasn’t right and their customer service was terrible
