Decent concept, I like that the bristles are silicone vs plastic but that’s about it. The toothbrush head is WAY too large for my mouth and every single time toothpaste pours out of my mouth trying to get it to fit where it should and when I try to brush the front teeth. I’m spending 3x as long brushing my teeth having to switch rotations for different parts of my mouth. This is NOT meant to replace flossing; every time I’ve tried brushing before flossing, I still end up needing to floss after.

If you truly believed your product is better you’d offer a money back guarantee. Build something you can stand behind proudly, not retreat into disclaimers when someone has been curious enough to veer off the beaten path (and against dentist recommendations) to give a new product on the market a chance, they shouldn’t take all the loss when dissatisfied.
