Ummm trying to get used to the very soft brush and the circular motion of the brush. Wished there could be a better base. The base doesn’t really secure the toothbrush. If I had bought an electric toothbrush at Target or Walgreens, I would have been able to return this for a full refund. Not happy that you don't offer customers the same protection. This is too expensive to expect customers to take a chance on- especially since tbe brush head is so much bigger than a normal toothbrush.
