Good thing I didn't get the XETZCLAD that Gordon Ramsay was advertising... False advertising .... So my first impression and here are the Videos and Photos 1) I never fry without Extra Virgin Olive Oil as I'm from Greece 2) I followed your instructions for the first time preparing 3) I fried Eggs, always with olive oil 4) The first time I let the eggs fry a little longer and a little in the middle they turned a little brown and stuck ... but the pan didn't stick and with the spatula you gave me

The pan was delivered reasonably quickly but in a damaged box, there was no damage to the pan.

Took a long time to arrive but a very easy ordering process.

Took a while getting here but it was worth the wait.

I’m disappointed that more written information was not included in my delivery!

Ordered two seperate orders, 2nd one got lost. Your people don't understand that the 1st order was fine but the two cutting boards ordered on 2nd order never showed. This was months ago. Finally convinced someone that the 2nd order wasn't received. After I had to submit pictures of the first order which had nothing to do with the 2nd order I was told they would send the missing items. Your shipments take forever, by the way. I got the corrected order except I paid for 2 items, only got 1.

Your product isn't good like you advertise.

I had canceled my order because it is not what I wanted, and was still delivered.

I said it all in my earlier comments. it took a long while before it arrived. i don't have the energy to return the marked pan, ill just keep it.

got it 1/2 a year after purching

Took a long time getting here.

Lots of emails promising the earth but the pan has a manufacturing fault and the vendor is not replying to messages about it.

My first experience was not great after following the instructions. Hopefully making a couple of adjustments the next time it'll be better.

This pan sticks to all kinds of food. Nothing helps.

I don’t have much to say, but the only complaint is that I had to wait too long for my pans to arrive.

Terribly slow delivery , seems to be forever and inconsistent …. Still waiting for other half of my order ?????
