It is a great product although I wish the charge would last longer for the heating option. I also wish it would NOT switch off when I wear it on my lower back and sit down in the car - it switches off and is awkward to take off to switch back on and reattach to the pad. The only real option is to peel the pad off - unnecessarily losing some pad adhesiveness.
