Poor customer service. My product had a manufacturing defect and Noor Chikankari DID NOT even inform me about it.After extreme delay when I contacted them multiple times, no one picked up the phone. By luck one day when I was about to hang up, a lady picked up and told me about the manufacturing defect. So basically I had to CHASE them , they themselves did not have the courtesy to inform me about the delay reason.
