I really love their products and quality . Recently I faced a situation where one of the Kurtis did not come in the package I thought it will be shipped separately but that didn’t happened and when I reached out to the customer service they mentioned that it’s 7 day policy. I don’t think that’s fair especially when the people living in different countries need to get their packages brought by some of their friends or family members .

The colour of the product is extremely different from what is shown on the website. I understand that product photos may be slightly edited or enhanced, and a small variation is acceptable, but in this case, the difference is far beyond reasonable.
I am also extremely disappointed with the quality of the fabric and the chikankari work. The overall quality feels very poor and is nowhere close to what I expected based on the pictures and presentation on the website.
