The perfume itself is lovely, but the shopping experience could have been much better. I went in looking for a specific fragrance that was out of stock, and no alternatives or recommendations were offered. As an older customer, I appreciate knowledgeable service just as much as younger shoppers, and we're often just as willing to spend. Thankfully, ChatGPT suggested Wildflower, and I'm so glad it did because I love it. A little more guidance in-store would have made the experience a 5-star one.
