Toothbrush was delivered in reasonable time

the top of the packaging was opening as it was delivered. As I was receiving a hygenic item and I would have like a fixed opening

Actual placing of order etc is fine. Just having problems with delivery. I have not received none was for a pkg of 2new brushes,the other for the electric too th brush. my last 2 orders. I feel the price is a bit high for the electric brush. The exchange rate really hits hard - not your fault. But it’s going to be higher I expect.

I did not receive the toothbrushes that I ordered. I was sent a different product that I do not want. Micotix has not responded when I have informed them of this three times. It's a shame because the toothbrushes that I had previuously bought were good, but the customer service is beyond terrible.

I have been charged a lot of money for a subscription but not received the toothbrushes. I have emailed to cancel and request a refund but my emails are ignored. Terrible. 😞

As I said, paid my money but haven't received any of my orders. It's been over a month.
