Their warehouse was affected by the hurricanes in FL so order was understandably delayed. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because I had to reach out to them to find out why the order was delayed. I didn't know they were out of Florida. I would have appreciated a quick email explaining they were affected and orders would be delayed but their customer service after I reached out was prompt, professional and honestly, after knowing they were affected, my order came faster than I anticipated knowing the situation.
