It’s a fraud and a scam

I paid for a downloadable mystery and never received a link or pdf or any way to download the mystery. I reached out for help multiple ways and times and never was helped.

Product is great, your service is terrible

Order never arrived, no communication form the company despite multiple attempts at reaching them.

My package arrived well past Christmas. I did send an email to the company asking on the status that took them a while to respond to. They did respond and explained they are a small company and was overwhelmed with orders this year. I greatly appreciated the response.

Was not as expected

I emailed multiple times for support. No responses. Honestly threw the package away after it finally arrives 2 weeks late. Never even played the games because they never showed up in time for my event

I WANT A REFUND that I have repeated requested via social media and email and on Shopify. My order was about a month late and zero customer service reply for weeks. NOT happy and want a full refund. I will ship it back to you, please send next steps.

Terrible experience ordering from this company

It took way too long to receive and you missed a BIG Christmas present gift for my parents. So in my opinion, it doesn't matter if the game is good or bad, the company is bad and really dropped the ball.

Loved the detective mystery masters! I ordered three and we completed all three of them within five days :-)

Still never received the rest of the 5 part or the online and free gift

No response from 3 emails. Never got my order.

This company is a scam. I ordered over a month ago and still have not received the product. I requested to cancel the order and get a refund per the policy on their website a week after I placed the order, and they ignored me. Finally responded a week later telling me it would ship the following week. I asked them not to ship at all, a week later I received a tracking number. Then they responded and told me they couldn't honor the cancelation/refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

I absolutely loved the idea of having a mystery night with friends. So I ordered a set of three which was supposed to come with a free mystery gift. Not only do I not have a free mystery gift, but I also had to wait more than a month after i ordered, to receive even the basic products. (Which were well produced, nicely done.) I guess I feel a bit underwhelmed for what I was expecting, from what I got. Still very curious to know what this free gift was supposed to be.

Shipping took a little long but it was around the holidays so I guess that's to be expected

If you have an email, maybe you should actually take the time to acknowledge the ones from your potential new customers. The lack of care and concern is not a quality characteristic if you want people to shop with you again. Had you responded to my many emails and messages on Instagram to keep me updated on the status of the order BEFORE I started a dispute, I would have appreciated that and understood what was going on. I have no desire to shop with your business again after this experience.
