The overall shopping experience was okay, although delivery to my home address took a little longer than expected.The bracelet itself looked lovely initially, however I was disappointed that it started to discolour almost immediately after very light use. It also feels quite fragile around the tightening sections on the sides, to the point where it looks as though it could come apart at any moment.Overall, while the design is nice, the quality unfortunately does not feel as durable as I expected

Ordering is easy and nice. But when waiting to receive the bracelets, I ordered 6. I only received one about a month later then another one almost a month later and then nothing. I contacted your company and was told all has arrived. it took a lot of back and forth communication, it reached a point when I got really upset because Kloudy kept saying they already sent 6 when they only sent 2. finally, the remaining 4 was sent in a nice boxes. But I will never order again from this company.
