call customer service because it was taking too long for the package to be delivered I ordered for two different friends and one got it very quick and the other one was no even with UPS at least that is what i was getting but when I call customer service and talked to Benjamin he was very nice and assure me they will get the chocolate before Christmas and they did everything was fix and the package arrived.
