They didn't Honor their promise, this product was not as described and did not do as it said, and as it was bought online I should be entitled under the sale of goods act to a refund right away without any quibbles. But they are arguing. I get that it needs time to work but clearly its not working for me and I have sent them photos to show it is not working. They still won't give me a refund.
