I contacted Limitless Together, by email on the day I received my poster, as I have received the wrong size. They have not responded to my request. Scam Alert!!! I honestly can’t believe how disappointed I am with Limitless Together. I ordered prints expecting high-quality, high-resolution images, but what I received was a total letdown. The prints are pixelated and of such poor quality, and to make matters worse, they came on flimsy paper when I was expecting thick, vinyl-quality material.
What’s even more frustrating is the complete lack of customer service. I reached out on December 23rd to ask for a return label, and since then, I’ve followed up multiple times—both via email and Instagram—and still, no response. It’s been 17 days, and I’ve heard nothing. They refuse to provide a return label.
This is honestly unacceptable, and I won’t be recommending them to anyone.
