As it turned out I was very happy with the service, but initially I was hesitant because the site does not provide an address, phone number or business number. I was concerned it might be a scam site because I could not find an independent review of the company or product, and similar-sounding sites (e.g. PetGear) were flagged as scams on-line. I would provide a positive review on an independent site (e.g. Google reviews) but I can’t do that without a physical address listing.
