I really appreciate the efforts of Justin to educate followers on the effects of different foods on his blood glucose. I have learned so much. I wish that Canadian consumers could receive shipments from within Canada instead of cross border costs. I would like to suggest that Good Fibes be also made available in single use travel packets for convenience when travelling.
